Warranty

MES backs all equipment with warranties up to one year. We carefully inspect each piece of equipment to ensure it’s integrity and optimal performance. Regardless of manufacturer, MES can provide leading products from respected manufacturers.

In case of defects, purchaser can return the equipment at their expense with all shipping charges and expenses prepaid. Equipment returned under terms of this warranty will be either repaired or replaced, at our option, and returned to purchaser free of charge. Purchaser will be required, prior to return shipment, to contact us for our Return Authorization Number and Shipping Instructions.

IMPORTANT: Damages incurred in shipment are excluded from this warranty. Purchaser will be required to file damage claims against the transportation and/or insurance companies.

Please do not have the equipment repaired by a third party without prior written authorization from us. Doing so will void this warranty and guarantee.

Return Policy: If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your equipment purchase, the equipment must be returned within five days of receipt. The equipment must be in the same working order as it was received in.
